Believing in the durability of the SSG-10/96, we offer free parts for 25 years with every gun. If a part breaks or wears to the point where the gun does not function properly, you will receive it for free. All you cover is the shipping costs.
Exceptions:

- Hopup Bucking
Procedure: Complete the form if the problem is not due to incorrect assembly or use. Add photo of problem to contact.
Repairs: Within two years of purchase, it can be sent for repair. After that, the installation of spare parts is done by the customer.

| Hopup wear | Not covered | After a year my hopup bucking is getting used up and doesnt hop/seal well enough. (Regular wear will happen to all HopUp buckings) |
| Major Airleak | It is covered | My gun lost a majority of the muzzle power because the pistonsealcap got damaged during regular use. |
| Tiny Airleak | Not covered | When I seal the inner barrel and pull the trigger I can hear air slowly leaking out over a longer period of time. When I take the finger off the inner barrel, some seconds after the shot the pop is not very loud. (The BB leaves the barrel in under 20 milliseconds after the triggerpull so this will not influence the function of the gun) |
