FERRUM RESCUE RED

Ferrum Rescue is a tool designed for rescue missions, developed in collaboration with Andrea Micheli , a military and police expert, journalist and shooting instructor. It features an extremely compact handle and three blades with different functions.

The first and main blade is 3mm thick and is designed for heavier use, to prevent premature wear of the other two blades. Its serration allows cutting thick ropes or fabrics, while the smooth edge functions like a regular knife. The second blade is a scalpel , which can be used for extremely precise cuts and emergency actions.

The third and smaller blade, located on the back of the main blade, is a lanyard cutter and can also be used to cut aramid paracord . The combination of the main blade and the scalpel allows the user to perform a quick emergency cut to free a casualty from their clothing. Both the lanyard cutter and the scalpel are replaceable.

The Ferrum Rescue has a slim and compact shape. Its handles are made of anodized anti-corrosion aluminum , offering a light, thin but highly durable construction. It can be placed in a pocket, in small lens cases or on a single MOLLE system loop. It also has a hard metal glass breaker on the bottom.

The opening is done with a flipper assisted mechanism , while the blade rotates on ball bearings , offering smooth and stable movement. This mechanism allows easy and quick opening even with one hand . The locking mechanism is the proven liner lock .

The reversible clip is located on the back. The Ferrum Rescue is available in two versions, Red and Black . The red version has a more pronounced rescue character, as it helps to easily locate the knife in case of a fall, while the black version has a more tactical and discreet character .
